3D Magnetic Field Sensors

HallinOne technology from the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits (IIS) overcomes many limitations of conventional 3D magnetic field sensors. The pure Hall effect, which does not use any magnetizable materials, guarantees unadulterated measurements. Planar IC technology allows for multiple 3D sensors on a single chip. The special design allows for the detection of very high field strengths.

The result? precise 3D magnetic field measurements at multiple points simultaneously that are compactly integrated and highly accurate. These sensors are available in specialized versions for a wide range of requirements.
