Our survival training program for founding teams prepares you for these challenges and picks up where others leave off. Rather than discussing problems, we create ultra-realistic live challenges to simulate them.
Our process begins inconspicuously. For a limited time, we become part of your world, working with you in a seemingly minor role. In reality, this is preparation. We familiarize ourselves with your structures, processes, and internal dynamics to develop customized scenarios that push your startup to its limits.
Each challenge begins unannounced and without your noticing. At first, it will just feel like another everyday problem to solve. However, the situation will quickly escalate, and with the help of our professional service providers, extras and actors, an apparent crisis will develop that feels absolutely real — one that would normally have the potential to destroy your company. At that moment, you will realize there is no "safe word." Only the crisis and your team exist...
Of course, we will debrief after each simulation has been completed. During a detailed debriefing, we will analyze the reactions, decisions, and performance of the entire team under maximum stress. From there, we develop valuable lessons and consider alternative solution strategies.
