Shipping policy

Domestic shipments via Shopify Shipping (DPD / DHL). International shipments via Post & DHL Shipping. Delivery to German islands is possible; indicative delivery times: DE 3–5 days | EU 5–10 days | Worldwide 10–21 days. Non-EU shipments may incur customs, import VAT and brokerage fees payable by the customer. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland). Dangerous goods (battery items) shipped per ADR/RID, IATA-DGR, IMDG; air transport may be restricted. Deliveries are subject to export control; we may cancel if approvals are missing. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
